 The foreign geode protrudes through the frames piercing the planes once occupied by a memory. The empty frames balance on the form as precarious reminders of their function before the intrusion.

The frames also act as a container for this illuminated fracture. They prevent further contamination and the restraint invites closer inspection of the shapes and the curious shining pattern.
